The service was excellent. I was on holiday when I got a bit dehydrated and subsequently had Cystitus. Anyone who has had this knows how painful and uncomfortable it is and only antibiotics clear it up. A Google search told me that the pharmacist would not be able to issue antibiotics over the counter and that I would need a doctor to prescribe the relevant prescription. Thank goodness for Doctors SA. In the middle of the night I was able to book an appointment for 10am the next morning. All I had to do was complete a few details of my symptoms. Dr Shalko contacted me to say she could see me (via video link) ahead of the agreed time and was able to agree that I needed a prescription and issued it within a few minutes if our appointment.
